i got confused reading about the url path in Drupal, those terms such as aliases, pathauto, mass path & few others. I think it is mostly because i tend to make myself understand based on theoretical understanding without any hands-on. According to Drupal doc site, it is best to avoid using unfriendly url path which contains a node path and some weird strings of numbers as an address, instead it is advisable to use some more human readable such as some piece of content as the address.
Anyway, i found a useful reference called DrupalTherapy.com that explains in basic terms on Drupal path and how it can be improved.
