An unexpected surprise of my blog

I got an unexpected call from my lawyer this morning while i had just finished my Monday morning meeting. It was a little surprise of the reason why she called my up. There was a claim by another lawyer issuing a threatening remark claiming that i had intentionally produced a blog writing ugly things about the lawyer as well as the judge. To my surprise, according to what i've been told over tc the content of the letter addressing me as the one who creates slandering over the internet about some individuals related to courts. An dthe funny thing here is it threatens me if i were not to officially apologise within given time, i'll be summoned & thus brought to the court.

Location of Android SDK directory in my computer

Until now i have successfully install the basic Android SDK. what i have noticed once the installation was, it comes together with the Android SDK manager. The manager functions as a tool to download even more Android libraries. When i have downloaded the recommended libraries, it turned out that the space required to store those libraries has depleted to close to only 300Mb left. My computer starts to crawl like shit.

Few other things left that i should learn while installing the required program to run Android, such as ADK and Eclipse.

My first discovery of Android application development

I thought of blogging about a post of my past experience at the Shah Alam High court. That was the first time we, (i mean the rest of usual crowds who have attended my boring harta sepencarian case) have direct communication my ex-wife's farther. Personally, i believe my court battle is actually against him and myself, and not between me and my ex. Anyway, the thought of bursting out about the whole experience in the court and few things that managed to capture which i would think may become an advantage to my side, has somehow influenced my consciousness not to do it right now. Perhaps another posting would be better cause i have something more relevant and at-least-more exciting to myself for me to jot down. It's about a new area of knowledge that i have discovered yesterday while window-shopping and book-browsing at Popular bookstore. It's about Android application development.

To make it short, i unplanned-ly have bought a thick wrox-publishing programming book that cost me reasonably a fortune. The book is in general explaining about how one can write a program on Android platform specifically on sensor-related programming language. Fortunately, the principle language of programming is Java, so it would be and hopefully easier for me to deal with.

And today, still having a good level of enthusiast-ism on the subject, i did a little google, and i came across the following address

A big applause to myself for the reckless accident i have commited

Till now i have done twice accidents in the kitchen. I guess my mind was pre-occupied with other unfinished matters that keep on hovering over my mind since i came back from raya. First accident that has happened this morning was i accidentally slipped my budu bottle that i've just bought when i was about to remove it from the plastic bag to my room fridge. The bottle that was obviously made of glass fell down and shattered across the kitchen floor. The whole house smelled with stinky budu. At the end, it took me almost 1 hour to clean up the mess, picked up carefully all the shattered pieces of glass and mopped the whole damned floor.

The 2nd accident was, i burned my chicken drumstick when i was frying it for lunch! i didn't noticed that i put the stove fire on high and left the drumstick on the fire. I went into my room and so absorbed into my facebook i have obviously forgotten about the frying drumstick. The ironic was, naturally when i did multiple things at the same time especially when one of the tasks involves with cooking, i set the timer on and this this time i did the same routine. The uncommon routine here was, i unforgettably putting the fire on high. Then when i came back to the kitchen which was less than 5 minutes after i left it, the chicken is half black at the bottom. Well, i have to throw it away and redo the frying.

I guess i really need to do something about those unfinished thoughts that are bugging in my mind! Perhaps, i should start off with getting in touch with one of those NIOSH officials.

My posting as a sticky-google-search-result to honeykoyuki.blogspot.com

I realise that many of the visitors that unintentionally bumped into my pages were due to their attempts to search for a celebrity blogger, namely nur fatin through her overwhelming visitors blog honeykoyuki.blogspot.com. I remembered that i did blog about her in early Apr 2012, since then my blog had became one of the entries to nur fatin's blog; though my blog is sooo mind-blowingly unpopular. My utmost apology to those internet searchers if my page does not meet their desires of seeking more info about her cause it's not my intention to make my blog as a spot in indulging into other people's matter and especially those who are related to celebrity or artists.

The last time i've checked (in fact few minutes ago) when i googled her site, my blog comes up in the result list at page second, and that explains why i receive people coming to my site.

1st day of work and my mind is numb

I don't intend to do any fruitful work today, cause i guess my mind kinda slow and i need some space to recollect what i really should and must do before the year ends. It's about planning the whole things that i have planned mentally in my mind while i was on hari raya vacation last week.

Anyway, at first i thought my mail would be choked with boring stuffs and naturally if i didn't open it up for few days it would already be closed down due to massive email sizes in my inbox. Despite my worry, it is totally working fine. There are only few warnings from administrator email saying that my email is over sized, and they are not too serious where any incoming emails would be bounced back. As of now, after few deletions, my mailbox instantly receiving other incoming emails and i'm able to send out emails.

Things that are over my mind are the NIOSH classes and how i should carefully plan for my outdoor activities involving mountain-climbing, marathon practices, weekly piano class and a-just-discovered new wish skydiving.

I've just been informed by my girl fren that Tahan mountain expedition is called off cause the climbers from Kinabalu team who wished to join us cannot make it this year cause their schedule is tight. So it can possibly been done early next year. The shit here is, i have already promise my old fren Bado xMRSMer that i'll do the expedition right after the Raya. Perhaps i can make do with simpler expeditions to Irau/Berinchang or Stong.

Love reading chedet.cc on insights of international as well as local matters

I love reading some articles and blogs made by our x Perdana Menteri Malaysia. Althought he was no more the political figure, his insights and ideas on various matters are exceptional. Whenever i read any of his blogs, i would feel that i am a little further enriched with matters that i would hardly find some other resources, especially in the areas of politics, economy and whats-going-on-in-other-parts-of-the-world. Honestly it would take me ages to grab such enormous info or news and mentally reconcile it for my own use. Chedet.cc's info is compact, precise and direct to the point; and this is what i like most of all his articles. Anyway, watch out on few of his ideas wrt Islam-related issues cause it could be a little bit misleading if you're not sufficiently equipped with islam-knowledge. But the rest of his ideas, i would solute him. Thanx for sharing his thoughts over his overwhelming-tak-putus2-visitor blog.

Fur Elise Beethoven

I'm practising my piano on Fur Elise composed by the famous Beethoven. I kinda stuck at the 0:57th of the song, it requires a smooth and fast pressing of keys, slur and allegro mode. I think i would be playing this song perhaps 1 or 2 months ahead before i'm able to play to smoothly.

Malaysian 2012 income

This is an article cut on the proposal by government officer for Badan Rasuah SPRM. He claimed SPRM should be entitled to have more budget for next Budget 2013, taking into account the comparison made with other countries such S'pore and HK. The one that i want to highlight here is, our Malaysian income as of 2012 is RM230 billion.

Finally at my home sweet home

Honestly, I don't really feel that too excited after arriving home; my mind is kinda lembab & slow semacam. Perhaps because i don't have specific plans of what to do in this 2 days before start off working. At least something that mentally i have collected from the past vacation and become takeaways over here are firstly, i should start off planning carefully for my expedition to Tahan mountain, secondly do some preparation especially mentally for myself on skydiving or gather as much info on skydiving from the aspect of cost, my own schedule like on which weekend should i plan for the trip and which company to go to, third one is research on NIOSH for my career progress particularly when i target that i want to do something different;y big next year. maybe because there are so many things to do on my own for each plan that really make me become slow. Initially i thought of finishing off my puasa 6 as soon as possible and today would be that 2nd last day. however, things doesn't turn up as planned, i tak posa today :(. Aku jadi malass lak plak bila dok kat sini! Ahh.. no matter, i'll do it tomorrow and 1 day during work next week.

Today, it looks like my time would be spent on fixing my aquarium. Well, after my leaving them for a week without supply any CO2 gas everyday and plan fertilizer as usual, the plans look healthy and green! My glosso has spread out nicely although not entirely cover the whole ground. The other new first-time-planted plans at the background have grown up quite tall. Even the expensive moss that i packed in 2 nice square-like layers have shown a thin layer of new pucuk2. Anyway, the best of all is my aquarium is clean, neat and tidy without any ugly hairy like algae that are used to be entangling every inch inside the aquarium. Without them, my aquarium looks soooo refreshing and mind soothing. My thank to those 4 yellow algae eaters. Well done you guys!

Last night after reaching down LCCT from Kota Bharu, suprisingly enough the whether here was excellent, there was no sign of downpour at all. Unlike during the flight take off from Kota Bharu airport until we were close to arriving at LCCT, the whether was constantly bad. There were few bumps that we experience along the journey. and alhamdulillah my journey back to home on my bike was sound and safe.

Be a good boss

An article that i stole from BH today. I think it's a good one, at least for my own reminder.

Last day of Raya Eidilfitri at Kota Bharu

Yes, today is my last day of spending my boring life at Kota Bharu after a-seven-day-balik-kampung-vacation. It would be a few more hours before i go off to PC airport for my flight departure returning to KL. Honestly speaking, i could hardly bear my patience to go back. Perhaps next hari raya, i should only buy a return flight ticket that is on 3rd of 4th of Hari Raya.

Nothing special here on my ziarah, except my me going to Kak Nor's house and my auntie's house in Wakaf Che Yef. The rest of the time was either spending time in my room or watching TV. so boreeeeeed!

Now, i'm spending my time reading the newly subscribed epaper BH and NSTP. Unlike the previous subscription where i used to read Utusan Malaysia, this time i took 2 and different ones. My subscription last for 3 months. I hope i can bear with BH and NSTP.

Eid Mubarak 2012 at my hometown Kota Bharu

Hi,
It has been a while i haven't jotted anything in this blog. It started right after i returned from Kota Bharu to KL meeting and spending time with my kids Hafiz, Hakim, Dania and Madiha; and that was in early June. I lost touch with blogging until now. I took some pictures of them and me so that i can make it as a memory. I believed it's good to capture some memories with them as i only have several days in a year to be with them. InsyaAllah i will posted some pictures of my kids on my blog in future. Anyway, as of for today i want to talk about my new inspired interest which is astonishingly skydiving.

I don't exactly know i managed to get the idea of wanting to join this such adrenaline rush activity, perhaps maybe after watching some youtube homemade videos by not-close-at-all facebook friend name izwan bliss or maybe because of me feeling bored staying at my mom's house in Kota Bharu, just wasting time waiting for my returning flight to KL which is due tomorrow. Couple of days here with no one else to spend with except my mom really make me nuts. perhaps that's the main reason why my mind gradually and desperately wanting to unleash in doing something out of ordinary.. hmmm free fall sky diving. It was a perfect timing when i opened up my facebook and came across izwan's video on his experience going through the free fall attempt. it just caught my attention and after going through some other youtube videos, i said to myself, i must do this. at least if it is not this year, it must be next year.

i hope  still have the guts by the time i am ready enough for the crazy mind-blowing once-in-life-time experience. i'm coming for you skydiving segamat free fall drop zone!

Well readers, Eid mubarak was 5 days ago and today was the 5th day; mmm..... obviously! i didn't take long enough to continue for the 6-day-syawal after raya; which is strongly recommended in Islam. i started off my puasa enam on the 3rd day of raya and today is my 3rd puasa. i hope i can continue without breaking any day in between and able to complete it before my work next week. It'd definitely be leceh if i procrastinate untill nearly the end of Syawal.

A year of piano lessons

Today i came very early to the work, it was truly out of ordinary. There was nothing so special today except there will be a meeting with Diyana from Billing. Soffiyan and myself have agreed to meet her this morning right before she started her meeting with the fucker sales people. Well, that's not the key highlight that i want to babble about. At 7am before i went off to office, i put my fingers on the piano keyboards and started playing the ones that should practice and out of nowhere, it came across my mind that i should try play the old songs when i first practice a year ago.

At first it was Lonesome; my fingers and my mind proved to be quite quick in synchronisation. I managed to play it reasonably good.  Well, that was not really so suprising cause i played Lonesome song sometimes when i felt bored with the kids-like song for my grade. And then i flipped the pages and i found the old one named Thumbalaika. Then i started playing the song slowly by looking the notes and my fingers on the keyboard without looking at the translation notes beneath each score. I gradually able to pick up very fast and able to play the song very well relative to the way how i played it a year ago. Personally, i've impressed my own self. Yaaaa... truly it was not a waste of practicing what my teacher, Yap taught me in every class i have attended. I can truly read the notes without the need to translate them one by one. Well done shahrul!

Lost voice

Well, i think the 1st think that came across my mind about what i should jot down here right now is; i lost my voice! i could hardly utter any comprehensible audible sound from my mouth since 2 days ago and today was the 3rd day. Honestly speaking, whenever i say something out, it sounds like itik serati, in fact i need to repeat few times to people so that that they can understand what i'm trying to say. in short life at the office is hard today, not to mention that most of my office mates are either smiling sheepishly whenever i talked or made fun or me. Well, who cares, what i plan to do for today is to finish my office time if not entirely to the end, i'll rush off to home and get ready for my piano class. I haven't practiced anything on my new song.

The last 2 days was worse, i had pain in my throat especially if i swallowed anything even my own saliva and i cannot speak out anything. Thank got i managed to go to Qistina clinic nearby and had new medicine for my throat problem. The doctor gave me a new stronger antibiotic and according to me galfren, they were expensive; RM10 per pill. Other pills are the one to tone down my phlegm which horribly stucked at my throat. After taking them, i felt a little bit better. I even asked for a one-day-MC so that i could have enough rest; i felt a bit tak-sedap-badan lately. perhaps this was because of my hectic routine that i went through after my coming back from Kota Bharu.

There were few unfinished things that i want to post here but couldn't have such suitable time ending up me procrastinating even longer. Things inside my mind like; about my children, i wish i could jot down personally on each of them, my experience during Stong mountain climbing, joining the water rafting at Sungai kampar, Gopeng and the next upcoming event which is Standard Chartered 11.8 km run.

A half day trip to Jeram Linang, Pasir Puteh

My last 2nd day with my kids was the most fun of all for them, i've planned a visit to Jeram Linang Pasir Puteh where they can play river water from the flowing waterfall nearby. i managed to convinced Kak Nor and my youngest brother, Ja to bring along their family joining the trip. Well, i guessed it was not that hard to convince them cause now was the school holiday and it looked like they haven't spend anywhere outdoor except staying at home. So there were my family, Kak Nor's family and Ja's family, and my mom that joined in the trip to Jeram Linang. As far as i remembered, there was none of any outdoor trip done until now which involved most of my mom's family member. Kak Nor has agreed to help by preparing the food; cooking gulai ayam (i guessed it was kerutuk ayam to exact) and a pot of rice while i financially sponsor 2 chickens and mineral water for every one. And Ja, mmm not exactly know what his direct contribution except physically showing up at the trip.

Anyway, the plan didn't go pretty smooth cause on the night where Kak Nor was supposed to cook the gulai, the whole area including my mom's house and Kak nor's were in total blackout. There was no electricity since 7pm until passed mid nite. All of us stayed up in black darkness and unbearable heat the whole nite. My kids and I spent most of the nite outside the house cause it was too hot stay inside and moreover there was a lamp light from a neaby TNB pole. Hafiz claimed this was their first experience staying in the longest blackout ever. It was their first experience ever that they took bath outside in the open air at night using the tap water for the garden. It was a kind of fun and funny though, that Hafiz and Hakim bathed in naked while Dania and Madia wore underware; and they took shower in the shade behind my mom's house trees. Unlike the other days, i took them out for dinner at nearby warung. Dania and Madiha were in desperately sleepy during the meal. Poor them..

Kak Nor woke up at 5am on the day that we suppose to have the trip and started cooking the food for everybody. I really appreciate her effort. That day, i woke up my children very early cause i promise Kak Nor that we should start moving at half past seven. Anyway, after having so much difficulties in waking up the kids especially Hakim, the heavy sleeper, and make them took bathe and packed up things for the trip i could only manage to arrive at Kak Nor's at 8:30am. She was already ready to go.

The journey to Jeram Linang took close to an hour; thank god there was no traffic jam at all on the road heading to Pasir Puteh. I guessed people were still lazing off on bed despite it was already half past 9 in the morning. On the way, we stopped by at the last Petronas gas station and bought last minutes necessities such as whole lot of bread and tonnes of mineral waters. We only able to arrive at Jeram Linang around 10 am. Honestly speaking on my personal view of Hutan Lipur Jeram Linang, it was not that amusing. The place was slightly in bad condition with sakit-mata-memandang sight of rubbish everywhere. Well in short it was a bit dirty for such an attracting waterfall spot for domestic tourist. I guess this would my first visit after 20 years ago and my last visit. It was quite obvious that the local authority didn't take good care of the place. In terms of the public utilities, they were quite okay; there are range of stalls welcoming the guests at the entrance, public paid toilets, untidy play ground for kids and some building structure and campsite area for those who wish to camp here. In addition, there was some locals selling air toy-like buoy for kids roughly at below RM15 and renting tyre tubes at a cost of RM3.

Anyway, besides the place that could not meet my expectation especially the hygiene aspect all the kids were having fun playing with water. the actual waterfall is a bit far uphill, one needs to climb the cement-stairs heading to the top and most of the visitors never did. The rest of the visitors spent time at the bottom of the waterfall where the local authority built some obstacle-step-like structure to slow down the water flow so that small kids can play water safely.

Well, I'm glad that i managed to bring Hafiz, Hakim, Dania and Madiha for a trip to Jeram Linang. I hope this could be one of the most memorable experience spending time with their abah. Love you all.

7 days spending time with my kids

My spending time with kids started from 3rd June until 10th June 2012. It was a 7-day-vacation with them at my mom's house in Kota Bharu. I received the SMS reminder on my birthday which was on 29th May (coincidentally it was Dania's birthday also). It took me the following day for me to reply the SMS by calling directly the phone number cause i didn't realise it the day the SMS was sent. On 1st June, i rushed back to kota Bharu by driving. It was so happen that i have bought a bus ticket to kelantan on that friday a week before, not knowing that my kids were already in Kota Bharu. Well it seemed like i completely wasted 2 RM40 bus ticket this month; the first one was when i was at Port Dickson for my office team building and the 2nd one was i drove back home instead of riding the bus.

I just thought that it would be a good mental record for me to jot this down, cause i perfectly sure that right after me arriving to KL, insyaAllah tomorrow, i won't remember of making this as a my personal note anymore.

The only good workout in Kota Bharu.

Preparing food for my kids means literally cooking their meal for every breakfast, lunch and dinner; in fact i need to make sure that a jug full of milo is always available inside the fridge. My life during my stay here at Kota Bharu when spending time and taking care of them was packed and i was truly like a fully housewife except the fact that i'm not unemployed and currently on my vacation from my work and obviously a fully function manly male. However i still squeezed my time for a short early morning run jut before i started my routine taking care of them.

I usually run in the morning along the short cut road to Jalan Telipot in which the total distance of going to the end of the road that is the T junction with traffic light and returning to the other end is around 6km. It took me 40 minutes of non-stop run with close to 600 kcal burn. By the time i came back home, it was 8:30am. Personally, it was a good workout especially before i got stucked in handling the kids, and the fact that it was the only workout options i have here. I bet those car drivers who passed me while i was running must be in their puzzling state cause i think i was the only one who run along that busy road in early morning while Kelantanese are busy going for their work.

One thing for sure, once i complete my running, i feel my mind having a sense of relief and my body is much more lighter and energetic. At least it is one way of releasing the tense of being a housewife. Please don't get me wrong, i don't complain about my taking care of my kids; it's just a way of putting the stress out off my mind and have a fulfilling break.

Games for my kids

Yesterday i bought few puzzles having different level of difficulties for my kids and a RM10 football for Hafiz and Hakim. In addition to that, i also bought colour papers for them to do paper-stuff at home.  When i came back home bringing back the games to kids, all of them were pretty excited wanting to play it, especially the board game puzzle. There are 3 levels of puzzles; the most difficult with 1000 pieces of puzzle to be put together to make a complete sceneric picture, a cartoon figure with 104 pieces of puzzle and the easiest level for Madiha which i found it rather unique and cool cause it has a 3D picture. When i gave the 2nd puzzle to the girls, they couldn't wait to do it together; i believe it was quite easy for them. However, the 1000 puzzle pieces was extremely difficult; the pieces are so tiny and one could hardly find its position on the complete picture; Hafiz and Hakim easily got bored of trying to join them together. In fact when i tried on my own thinking i should help them, even i admitted that this was not for kids. Despite of my encouragement to the boys that i will reward them RM20 each if they are able to complete the puzzle before going off, it looks like it was almost impossible. The pieces were scattered everywhere on the bed next door to my room; theere were only few small pieces that were successfully joined together.

The ball that i bought for the boys was suck; i guess they are not the outdoor type so they only played few minutes and hardly touched it anymore.

Anyway, it looks like most of the time, they spent more time on paper cutting, drawings and making hand made paper toys including the boys. Dania said that all of them are art makers, and claimed that Hafiz liked to make robot-related or airplane-related papers, learnt from youtube.

My children and me

This week would be one of my unforgettable moments with my kids. All of them Hafiz, Hakim, Dania and a even Madiha the most timid one are under my care for a week. This would be the time, i want them to remember me being their greatest farther.

I received the first SMS from a familiar number telling me that, i need to go back to Kota Bharu if in case i want to spend time with my kids; if i were not mistaken it was on last Tuesday 7:30pm. I only realised the SMS the next morning cause i was very tired the day i received the SMS cause it was the time i arrived home as usual riding my bike. I made a call the following day and x sister-in-law picked it up, promising me that hafiz my eldest son will make a return call to me at 6pm. Since, i was at my office and the whole day that particular was full; it was quite strange as i usually have ample time to do other stuff, but cot coincidentally the whole week really sucks with office-related tasks. Anyway, Hafiz really made a call and we talked for few minutes. I promised him that i'll pick them up this weekend at Kota Bharu and will spend time with them. well, i couldn't wait to see them, don't know what to expect after not able to see them and contact for more than a year, the incident at Pengkalan Chepa Police station; that was really a havoc.

i wanna to jot down things in this blog so that i'll make sure that someday they know how much i really care for them. I am at Kota Bharu already in my mom's house in Rupek and my children are inside the room ready for a sleep. Today is considered as my 2nd day of me spending time with time. I have to say, in overall things look okay except this afternoon Madiha showed her true colors by crying out loud could not able to stand staying here anymore. I didn't fully understand the reason why she acted that way which made everybody including her brothers and sister in great puzzle, haven't got a clue what to do; not to mention myself as i was quite upset after spending whole lot of money on toys and clothes for her the day earlier just to ensure that she will not make a scene. But what i suspected was; maybe because of Hafiz did something annoying to her while watching TV and changed her mood to bad, and then the worse thing was her auntie and the damn cousins that talked to her over the phone that really-really changed her mind absolutely to not staying anymore here. Damn those bastards cousins, they managed to make things to totally a wreck just by saying that they'll come over to my place to sort-of save her. even i myself made an unforgivable mistake by agreeing that those little bastards should come over her to cool Madiha down. You know what, imagine what will happen if Madiha is surrounded by them and she worsened the scenario by crying her lung out wanting to move from my home. Anyway, just to cut the story short, thanx to Hafiz for his wise-ness telling me that they should not come here worrying that things might get worse. Quickly instructing those bastards not to come here. Good kiddo Hafiz! I really appreciate his thought.

Honestly speaking, my time here was packed with me being a 'house-wife' taking care of the kids, starting from me preparing their breakfast in the morning, lunch and dinner; washing their dirty laundries and ensure that they have enough clean and dry clothes to wear everyday, and to make sure that they are not bored staying here, so i planned out few things for them to do such as to ensure that Aishah my little niece will always be around with them especially Dania and Madia, bought toys where they chose them by themselves; i in fact bought a toy specifically to Aishah also so that everyone of my kids including her are treated fairly.

Well, it was already half past 12 midnite, i have a lot things to jot down in this posting but i am truly exhausted. i guess i'll do it in my next posting.

Love you all my kids; Hafiz, Hakim, Dania and Madiha.

First day to Ayam mountain climbing expedition

lately my mind is being occupied with my preparation for the expedition of climbing Ayam mountain with TNB group. Today would be the day that i and my wife meet them at KL Central and then everybody will take a train together to Dabong, Gua Musang. The place that we'll go for a camp and mountain climbing is also popularly known as Jelawang Waterfall, where you'll be able to camp at a camping site called Baha camp. The place is actual a transit and a mid point before you go on further to climb few mountains; few of which are well-known are Stong, Ayam and Baha. This expedition however only have a mountain peak in mind to conquer which is Ayam mountain.

Today, right after finish my work, i will join the TNB group whom most of them i have never meet before, and the meeting place is at KL central train station. Our group will depart to Dabong at 8:30pm and then will join a 2nd group who will be waiting for our arrival at Dabong, i guess those team members over there are the local people so most of the plan and what to do at the camping site is planned by them. The food, kitchen ware, few tents and the cookings will also be provided by them. Members from KL including myself shall only need bring those stuffs after being divided equally at the climbing base up to Baha camp.

To be honest, i am feeling of sense of thrill to be able to join in this expedition despite the fact that my going to Jelawang waterfall would be my 3rd one already. I guess, it is mainly because the feeling and anticipation that i will meet new faces apart from my old fren Wang Jazmi who currently work at TNB; well he's my intermediary person rather than the experience of hardship and endurance climbing up your ass to the mountain peak. It would be a new experience of me mixing around with new faces and characters  while climbing up the mountain. Apart from that, i think because of several expeditions already that i've joined, my preparation for the luggage rucksack was tremendously better. My target was to make sure the entire weigh must not exceed 15kg cause i need to take into account the additional food and kitchen-ware stuffs that all members must carry at Dabong. and when i last weighted my packed Karrimor bag after endless repacking and rearranging stuffs, it is 15.2 kg. That was the last rearrangement of stuff i made and 40 minutes before mid nite, i rushed off to my office to leave my bag over there. i didn't intend to bring along on the following day, cause it would be me driving my car and mostly is, it will obviously attract attention of fellow employees. So it would be best if i just leave the heavy bag the nite before and i can come to office as usual riding my bike.

A journey to Campbell near Sogo TAR

disebabkan hari ni cuti yang memang aku blur tak tahu sbb selalu sangat delete email HR dan aku pon xde member kamceng kat ofis, maka aku datang ofis mcam sioot. So, i took this chance to do do a long pending task that i procrastinated which is to go to Campbell infront of Sogo Jalan TAR to buy fly sheet of size of 7 x 10 feet. I only managed to leave off the office at a quarter past two. The traffic as expected was always jam by the time i reached the roundabout at National Mosque and towards the historic controversial Dataran Merdeka; this was the place where protestors and demonstrators chose to run their haram rally against government. Jam teruk which make me to ride my bike extra careful from Jalan Raja Laut to TAR and took left turn in front of Sogo to reach Campbell building. Thank god i have performed my Zohor prayers, otherwise i would probably spend unnecessary time here which i didn't have any intention to do so.

The store at Campbell where outdoor folks always find their cheap gears for outdoors and mountaineering is called apekebende-mak-datuk-nama-dia nih!? Haaah.. Evergreen store. They have website evergreenadventure.com. Those who have in  mind to find cheap with low quality outdoor tools should come here. The sales girl over there memang cam sial, muka ketat all the way, perhaps she was not happy either because she was in her peak of period season or i was being perceived as nuisance as i walk-in and so-called disturbed her having lunch. In short memang mcam sial, aku tanya buat muka bangsat plak, jawab tak jawab. Nasib baik la aku datang dari jauh merempuh jam nak sampai sini, kalau tak memang haram aku tak datang sini!

I took my time to window shop & scan through what are the things they sell over here; it seems that the products are the same and the way they arranged things have never been changed since i went here more than a year ago. Sungguih pudar kedai nih, totally different from the one Corezone store i just went to. Pusing punya pusing punya pusing aku tak jumpa gak fly sheet, so i asked the sales girl. and you know what... they have run out of the items since yesterday. Bloody hell... memang bazir masa aku je! In the end, since i didn't want to make my effort a total vain, i ended up buying 30m rope and a bunch of tent pegs. In total of RM30.

Cute little korean toddlers playing guitars

Those kids are playing classical guitars and not aquistic. Solute3x. They cannot even hold those guitars properly cause they are too big and heavy.

11km run at Putrajaya on Sunday nite.

i never run on Sunday nite before, in fact never run more than 5km at my gymm. but yesterday was an awesome experience, i ran 11km at Putrajaya my usual running spot. To be frank, i was so exhausted after the run which completed at 10pm but mentally strengthened myself to cook for my late dinner and wash dirty clothes. I burned 1353kcal and maintained an average heart rate of 161, the highest rate was at 181 beats per min. i think that was one of the intense results i have so far. Total time to complete the run is 1 hour 26 minutes. i went out in the morning before, thinking that i must make my usual 10km run. Anyway, because the time was not appropriate, kinda of late already and the whether was not promising. i can hear the thunder and see black clouds coming to Putrajaya so i cancelled off my plan. It was actually because all the running gears were there except the fact that my heart rate detector was out of battery; i was already in my warm up before the run than i realise that the heart rate did not work. I returned to the car and momentarily thought that i should postpone this cause besides the battery problem, there were so many unsupportive signs telling me that i should not run, like i woke up late, couldn't find the route for the marathon at last spending wasted time driving around Putrajaya, whether was bad and it was already half past freaking nine morning. If i were to go on running, by the time i finish it would probably noon. Anyway, yesterday's nite run was something a different cause i took an additional path making a circle around PICC which added up additional close to 2km and the fact that it was on Sunday nite, where today it's a working day and i'm still wasting time not going to office doing my freaking blog. Dah.. dah.. dah time to go to office now!

Berjogging tambah hayat?

i like this hope. i hope it's true.

Janda baik

Two days at Janda baik was totally not a waste of time, i've to admit that i truly underestimate the purpose of going and spending time at Janda Baik for an office 'vacation'. Well, why did i say that it was not totally a waste because of the last program that the organiser has conducted which was the motivational talk delivered by one humble guy named ustaz azizan. huh, believe me.. me myself really admit that a motivational talk can give me some benefits? in those time, it'd be insane for me to like any motivational talk. I never thought that his talk was that inspiring, i was in fact purposely attended half an hour late to the event; honestly speaking i despise motivational talk especially those handled by the company i work for. But this one was different; it was that different that made me took notes and mentally make sure that i will blog about it.

Some of the precious notes i captured:

  • Stop blaming other people; those who have succeed are the ones who manage to break the circle of blaming others. remember about the story of kicking a kitten, who actually kicks the kitten
  • the virtue of believing. Your potential is only limited by your belief. remember about the story of groups of child living in remote areas who only set their dreams to work for TNB just because they see the tower. remember also about the story of groups of teachers and students whom convince that they are the best.
The last story really touched my soul and spirit was about a teenager girl who suffered from heart and lung surgery and in the end had her legs being amputated because of 2nd level post-surgery complication. anyway the girl died

Video on why Bersih 3.0 must be run on street

I neither the supporter of the 2 sides, and this blog is not for sharing any political inclination. Anyway, i'm sharing this video from youtube as i believe it is a good reference for those who need to understand the underlying reasons why bersih 3.0 should be handled on streets. Mind me, the video is very lengthy 1 and half hour, a debate between Khairy and Amiga on the ambiguous data and lacking of confidence of electoral details taken from Suruhanjaya Pilihanraya; Amiga claimed that 42 thousand voters are fraud and based on one Chinese researcher that there is 3 million people out there are questionable.
I personally believe that most of the street demonstrators in Bersih 3.0 do not really understood the reason why it was first planned to be run by Amiga; it turned out to be political rally where it was supposed to be a peace non-political NGO-inclined event. Other minority groups such as LBGT and Lynas-related issues were also there to be the event worse. Here is more than 200 videos on Bersih 3 issues; good if you've time, well i never go through them, only watch this one for my own consumption.

Where is my drupal project?

The last posting i made was on 10th April, and it has been almost 3 weeks i haven't touched my drupal. This is bad. If i keep on going through this this life routine without having highest concern in my mind on my project, rest assured it will be doomed as always. i need to make some amendments. i cannot go on following slow process like this. A drastic change must be done!

bersih 3.0 an insight

I reserve my comments on Bersih 3.0 cause i have no intention to revoke any political insights. It is undeniably right that the initial purpose of Bersih demonstration was to show how our voting system should be bersih but i personally believe the way Bersih 3.0 was done was more towards provoking political pressure. After going through some reviews, comments and real life videos from TVs, youtubes, i think this is one of the most fair-est article and insight come from this guy. table4three.wp com blog. i love to share his views on his own hands-on experience at Bersih 3.0 demonstartion.

Countries discriminating towards Islam

This is a newspaper cutting that shows some countries that have extreme sentiments towards Islam, in fact have imposed some discrimination on Muslims.

Spending on outdoor attires

Harini memang mcam orang kaya aku spend gilerbabi banyak utk barang2 hiking kat store yang jual branded items untuk mende2 yang ciput sahaja; eg xtralite fast outdoor shirt, pants, cold jacket ngn ntah mende2 yg kecik saja. Tapi disebabkan jenamanya yg dasyat maka harganya beribu lemon dashyat jugak. Hanya utk beberapa mende that was less than 10 items i have spent more than RM700. and that was considered fortunate cause there was no proper & light tent at the store in which that was the initial plan why we have gone out to the store, otherwise the expenditure for today would rocket up unbelievably high. If my financial expense for today is converted into a human fatal disease, it'd be equivalent to a heart attack level 4. One'd would be recommended for an electric shock to recover for his pass out.

Anyway, this kind of insane spending on items that was jarang2 guna is not my frequent habit. The fact that i committed such sin was because i just received my bonus few days ago and also the fact that i got my salary increase. So i thought, as a gift for me for being so fucking cheap in everything, i'd say a treat like this would be worthy. At least i can see for real that the financial suffering that i go through everyday is worth a while; bukannya spending on some vacation shit somewhere out of country which in the end, personally i feel takde mende pon ko dapat. Anyway, that's other people's interest.

For those who have experience in jungle tracking or expedition in mountain climbing in particular, lightweight is a life saver. So by having good quality tools with you is something that you cannot put it aside. When you were under extreme and tensed scenario in a jungle, every weigh and size matters and the more tools you have with you the better; thus everything you bring along must be extra light, small in size, dry fast and must be in its highest quality. Well, experience taught me well enough; i suffered a lot in my last experience to Tahan mountain.

520 kcal burn in 30min run

As usual, i spent out running in the early weekends morning. I managed to burn 520kcal at an average 154 beat per min heart rate. I actually planned to have a 10km run tonight at Putrajaya but since it would be a waste of time doing nothing useful in early morning, so why not burn some calories. But 8:15am, i finished running and arrive at my apartment area to cool down myself. My weigh has dropped from 66.2kg to 65.5kg after the workout.

Finished washing my office clothes and this time instead of drying them under the fan inside the house, i hanged them outside so they'll get direct hot morning sunlight. I usually don't do this cause worrying that it might rain outside & it normally was late already when i finished washing my clothes, but this time cause it's still too early i was confident they'll get dry soon enough just before noon.

At half past nine, i received a phone from my girlfren saying that she was already at KL, in fact was outside participating in a run race event and just finished her run. Well, she becomes quite astonishingly active lately. Yesterday, she participated in a family-day-type event organised by companies under which her brother in law works for. She had join fr 10km run and got a hamper because she managed to finish in a qualifying time; 1 hour 5 min. This is really an outstanding outcome for a sick lady like her, i bet nobody would believe her achievement with her good active life style this if they know that she is concurrently suffering from two critical diseases which are fatal, and she needs to attend for kimo sessions twice in a month.  This time, she was at Bukit Jelutong joining for a 10km run under Sime Darby. I pray for her health and long life. Luv you.

Someone has googled my name

This is weird. When i typed my name on the google text field for searching purpose, in the middle of typing it before completing, google auto completes my name. This means someone out there has already searched my name! eiisyh dasat2x. I hope my children are some of those internet searchers.

a safe life

This week is a week of mmmmm what i should refer as... i guess a moment of truth. Everyone knows their performance result of last year. In general there will be 2 main groups of people; the first group will be excited, happy, content and satisfactory with the result they get from the management on their yesteryear performance whereas the other one whom is unfortunate will be frustrated, upset, feeling down and even have a flash of mind wanting to commit suicide. perhaps the other one in between of the 2 groups would be the ones who don't care fucking less about the shit of the performance. Well, i admit i'm one of those guys. What can i say, living the shit out of the working culture under babi-sonnomabotch rapai and his gang kaki jilat, has made me sunk down to the bottom of the floor without being able to show that i'm as good as the other performer.  The fact that, my performance result for the rest of the-ones-that-have-ever-remember-until-now show that i'm just an averager, not up to achiever level neither at the non-performer has resulted in me being at the safe side. The risk of being in such group is my career is doomed to a crappy shit! i cannot moved up further for my self development and i can only be as stagnant as previous; only observing other junior kaki-jilat bastards climbing up the ladder.

Aaahh.. tak kesah lah, as long as aku safe kat sini, tiap2 bulan gaji masuk dalam akaun. aku happy buat kerje ikut suka hati aku cam kompeni ni bapak aku punya, ikut suka datang kerje pukul berapa and balik kerje pon suka hati aku. Pergi mampos telekong!

Anyway, from other angle, Terima kasih aku amat appreciate kat telekong dan sumer bos2 bangsat yang bagi aku kerje sampai sekarang kat telekong dan sentiasa rate aku kat average level, pastu bagi gaji kat aku tiap2 bulan tanpa fail. Memang padan muka aku, takde saper pun lebih padan muka banding ngan aku sebab mampos keras tempat sama kerja sampai sekarang. Aku amat appreciate gak kat kompeni telekong ni sebab bagi peluang kat aku buat kompeni macam bapak aku punya kompeni, so amat berbaloilah dgn sumbangan kerja aku ngan gaji yang aku dapat.

Changing blog address

I just changed my new blog address to a new one. This is merely for my own security reason as i suspect there are many office mates know about this crappy blog already. Never know, in the future that my blog content could be hazardous to be especially to my career. So the best way is to change it so nobody will know. Let's just see whether this can still be traceable.

PTPTN total loaners

This is another different source saying on the total loaners of PTPTN. The last news i read was 840 thousand loaners, now it is 1.96 mil total loaners inclusive of domestic and international studies. Confuse aku, mana satu yg betul kat Utusan nih!

An unknown fact for guys

This is something that i consider as unknown fact by public but important info for man especially in Melesia. Anyway, the more important question is; how can we avoid getting this fatal disease?

Maisarah hilang masa daki Gunung Tahan

Azahari is one of the going-to-be guide who never misses going for an expedition to Tahan Mountain each time the perhilitan authority organise a track cleaning trip every year. We met him on our last nite staying at Kuala Tahan when we were searching for a nice food stall for our dinner. Our plan to just have a light ask-answer question on some info on programs at Taman negara with him turned out to be a lengthy discussion that took more than a hour, yet i found our chat as enchanting and inspiring. The place we met him was at a small info counter that happens to be run by a private individuals; i think the main purpose of giving free info to the tourist who walk in their place is also to promote their business, a souvenir-related gifts. what i found most exhilarating when talking with Azahari was his story about this girl named Maisarah who got lost for 19 days in the jungle during her joining an expedition to Tahan Mountain. Maisarah has become a legend at Taman negara especially to local guides due to her strange story got lost for such unbelievable time, normal amateur traveller would probably die already even after a week not rescued in the jungle. The incident happened 4 years ago, 2008 but still if you have an opportunity to go to Kuala Tahan or Merapoh, and ask any otai guides about this story, their reaction and passion would instantly change to highly passionate mood.

I googled some stories about maisarah and found this blog that has the closest explanation with the one i heard explained by Azahari. Well, most of others in the internet are overdone by either bloggers or jounalist. The one i post here is owned by a guy who claimed he was Maisarah fren. Here

New tetra collection for my aquarium

I just bought couple of fish for my tank and they are all tetra family. The last fish i recently bought at Midvalley turned out to be not healthy, i think it was because of that in the end most of my fish including the present ones in the tank were dead also, leaving 3 different species; they yellow algae eater ( i'm surprised cause usually they were the ones who die first), the golden tetra and the rummy nose. Now after putting everyone altogether , my tank looks full again with variety of tetra species; 5 red zebra tetra, one peculiar tetra which i dunno the name and my favourite ones cardinal. I hope they can live long enough.

Unfortunately when i dipped the plastic bags filled with the new fish into my tank, 3 of them have shown some symptoms of early stage of dying. Dipping the bag into the tank water for at least 20minutes or more is a routine that you should do whenever buying new fishes before you let them mix with the new tank water; this routine is called familiarisation of water temperature. Total cost of buying additional 25 tetras is RM59. That the same cost for my entire week expense! Giler costly maintaining aquarium fish ni..

Highest charge rate of guide at National Park

The charge imposed by the guides at National park at either Kuala Tahan & Merapoh considered to be the most expensive one. For a trip to Tahan mountain peak which usually takes 7 days & 6 nites, you require to pay RM1,200 per guide and that charge is considerably the same for both Kuala Tahan & Merapoh regardless if you start off from Merapoh where it usually requires 4days and 3 nites; from Sungai relau, Merapoh to Tahan peak and return.

I remembered our discussion with one travel agent named Badrol who set up an office at Kuala Tahan Sungai tembeling bank, expressed his disappointment with regards to the overly charge rate of guides. Another worse factor besides guides' charge rate is the cost of renting a boat. Some examples here are RM160 per boat from Kuala Tahan jetty to Lata Berkoh; the rate is the same if you only rent for either one-way direction or return. Badrol claimed that running a touring package at kuala Tahan is difficult especially if they want to focus on local market because of cost factor. Just imagine, the cost of a trip to Kuching inclusive of flight ticket is roughly the same as a 3d2n at Kuala Tahan. He even showed me that an expedition climbing Irau mountain at Cameron highland for  3d2n is much cheaper as compared to package at Kuala Tahan. 2d1n package to Irau peak costs RM88 per head and 3d2n cost RM120+, comparing with Kuala Tahan package of easily RM450 - RM600 for 3d2n package.

Well, i'm thinking to organise an expedition to climb Irau mountain in the future as the cost is affordable. Anyway, still hesitant if there are people out there who are interested to join.

What i want to do today

This week would be considered as the last weekday for April; although next week we still have the last day 30th April happens to fall on Monday, i don't consider this as a full working day cause i have my coming court on that particular day; who knows if i can see my children, the rubiah bitch claimed that my x will come to Malaysia to attend this court session. Well there are some things i wanna do today, one of which i perceived as the most mother-fucker office work task - SIB report for projek mangkuk. i plan to complete it at the level of cap kaki ayam quality. Janji siap.

  1. Complete SIB report - i should rename it to SIBabi instead!
  2. Go through on drupal buildmodule.com seriously. My level of focus on drupal keeps on shy-ing away, thus i need something that can give more clarity to my consciousness & reboost up my concentration & energy.
  3. Errr..what else aaaa??? .... hahahha bestnya ni saja yg ada dalam kapla aku!... best! 10x

Discovering tiger footprint on last day at Taman Negara

We decided to make a more challenging activity on our last day at Kuala Tahan National Park, so we thought of have tracking on our own to one of the Bumbum in Taman Negara deep in the jungle. One of which not really far that requires 3 hours go and return way and its distance is only 3.1km from Mutiara resort, named Bumbum Tabing (1st time i heard the name, i mistakenly thought it was Bumbum Kambing, heh). the route to Bumbum Tabing would be the same as the route towards Tahan Mountain, where after 1 hour tracking, ones need to make a right turn towards bumbum Tabing.

We left off our chalets early in the morning & stopped by at the nearby stall for our breakfast. We plan to finish of our tracking and return back to our chalet before 12 noon, so that we have ample time to check out & intended not to be charged extra; additional of 1 hour for RM10. The first landmark before going off into the jungle was a big signboard showing the direction to several locations with their corresponding distances. At first, the tracking route was easy because we only need to walk along the fibre structure pathways; then it ended because there was still ongoing construction to continue laying down fibre pathways. The jungle started to get thicker and less sun lights with higher humidity. We encountered few wild animals on our way such as a pair of wild black chicken-like animals crossed the tracking path ahead of us, wild monkeys on top of us making noises. There were plenty of animal footprints on the track, most of which were either the malayan antelopes or mouse deers. Then after half an hour of non-stop tracking, i noticed several unusual footprints; i was not quite sure at first so i quickly signalled my girlfren to stop walking and both of us check on the footprints carefully. I was definitely 100% certain that they were belonged to harimau belang! and they were still fresh!.. we thought of cancelling our plan and have no 2nd thought of returning back to the base camp. There was no need to take risk, especially there were only 2 of us. I definitely didn't want to take any foolish chance since today was the last day of our stay at Kuala Tahan.

On our return to the base we stumbled upon a pair of british couple, so we warn them about our encounter. I believed they took our word cause once we arrive at the Perhilitan office, we saw them passing us. The Perhilitan people at the office reassured us that the photo we took earlier on the footprints were belonged to the tiger.

Perhaps, next time if i were with few more people i would certainly go on further tracking deeper until i reach Bumbum Tambing. Maybe next time...

10km run on early Sunday morning

Just came back from my 10km run at Putrajaya. i never plan that i'd run today until in this early morning when i woke so early on weekend like this (half past 5), i thought why not kill my time by doing something sweaty, moreover i miss out my gym workout, so i consider this as a payment for yesterday's. left 7am because i still sort of hesitant whether i should go off or not and anticipating whether the weather is fine. arrived at 7:20 and did some warm up, finally started running at 7:30am. I only have taken a fresh banana for my breakfast just before the run, i hope i'd be okay.

The run was at a moderate speed, it was not too fast and neither too slow; I passed high story building of Wanita, keluarga & masyarakat, the roundabout, uphill to PICC and reached the traffic light infront of PICC and made a U-turn towards the Putrajaya mosque at the other end of the long stretching 6-lanes road. When i passed by Wisna Tani on my left, it was already 10 minutes past 8. If it were not because i had done this routine & had an experience previously, i would most probably stop and have a rest before reaching the end. I finally finished within 1 hour and 10 minutes; still fulfil the qualifying time for any 10km marathon. By the time when i arrived at the Mosque compound, buses from foreign tourists have already started to jam up the place. I guess our place is a favourite for chinese-like foreigner like either hong Kong, Korea, Taiwan or singapore. Everytime i see the tourist here, they would be those groups of people. Have a cool down period for half a hour and head back home.

It was undeniably tiring but at the same a fulfilling one.

Google Calendar

I never noticed about so many features that Google has offered to their users aka potential customers until today when i just click one link called Calendar. Honestly speaking after trying a simple creation of event in my newly Calendar, i think this is quite handy tool especially when i am always using Google Blogger. It has the same feature as my typical Microsoft inbox calendar so i don't find it difficult and awkward to use. I'm thinking to use it as my regular reminder. thumbs up Google! i love it.

Most favourite antivirus on the market

This is interesting. I got this picture showing the stats in Facebook how people vote for the most favourite antivirus and Avast requesting their customers to push up avast result further up than AVG.

Avast on my computer

Completed downloading avast 30-days free trial internet security. Now my PC is on avast. We'll see whether this one is better than Avira and as good as those reviewers' claim.
I  might upgrade it to paid one if it satisfies me before the free trial duration expires. One thing which i really really impressed with Avast is that because of its so lightweight when running on my computer despite its realtime protection. i was so relieved when i removed Avira and swicthed to avast, my BB Flash video recorder works well as if there is no problem at all with the config. now i can restart my drupal videolog. i'm so grateful with avast.

Anti virus expired

I just realised that my anti-virus that bought earlier has already expired. No wonder i kept on getting this irritating message from Avira antivirus icon on the right bottom of my desktop untiringly kept reminding me over and over like-nothing-else-to-do; and i thought of there was some kind of error on my PC. Well, looks like i have to renew it and might be using a different one and not Avira. I should do some googlings.

Currently, what i have in my  mind are the followings. I did some simple google researches comparing of the features and prices.
  1. avast! Internet Security - USD39.99 = 122.589
  2. AVG Internet Security 2012 - USD54.99 = 168.57
  3. Kaspersky Internet Security 2012 - USD59.95 = RM183.777
  4. Avira Internet Security 2012 - RM119
It's obvious that Avira is the lowest of all, however according to the reviews that i have scanned through, there are not many feedback givers that recommend Avira as oppose to the threes. In fact when i compare the features amongst the fours, i guess there are not much that Avira has offered. So price vs values do speak here! I think i'm going for avast based on the simple feedback & reviews i've checked. I'm surprised that many reviews condemned AVG especially the free one because it was said that the program uses the memory resource of your computer and in the end it makes your PC damn slow, even crippled.
The date of comments were way back 2009 though. 1st and 2nd links.

Weirdest hair cutting experience

I think i just went through the weirdest hair cutting ever. The barber who happens to be an Indon in his mid 20-ies after finishing the cutting of my hair wanted to do a typical Mamak-ending style where they usually did a little massage on customer's neck, shoulder and back of the head with a free of charge. The purpose was to give a sense of warmth and comfortable feeling after the hair cut. Anyway, what that Indon barber did is a little more adventurous and weirder than Mamak's style; he did massage on me though like on my neck, shoulder and my head but the extra thing he used before doing the whole routine was, he mixed some kind of balsam gel with a liitle water and rubbed them all on my head and neck, which gave me a sort of warm-minty-chilly sense together with those painful pressure from the effect of tensed full strength massage. Honestly speaking, i never had those experience before, in fact i usually discourage all mamak barber not to do the massage cause i felt more pain than stress-relief sensation. This indon guy anyway, was the weirdest-dest-dest-dessssst ever!!!

Hanging bridge in Stong

I never know that there is hanging bridge at Stong. I read this story on Stong and its picture of hanging bridge over there.

Dedicated to those who sujud before Allah

Opick - Rapuh

detik waktu terus berjalan
berhias gelap dan terang
suka dan duka tangis dan tawa
tergores bagai lukisan

seribu mimpi berjuta sepi
hadir bagai teman sejati
di antara lelahnya jiwa
dalam resah dan air mata
kupersembahkan kepadaMu
yang terindah dalam hidup

meski ku rapuh dalam langkah
kadang tak setia kepadaMu
namun cinta dalam jiwa
hanyalah padaMu

maafkanlah bila hati
tak sempurna mencintaiMu
dalam dadaku harap hanya
diriMu yang bertahta

detik waktu terus berlalu
semua berakhir padaMu

Climbing Ayam peak at Stong with TNB group

I received a call from my old Sheffield Univ fren asking me whether i'm interested in joining their TNB group for a mountain climbing in Stong Dabong Kelantan 11-14 may. I was so excited and straight away confirming my participation. It looks like going to Stong is my yearly activity. Well, personally i think the waterfall at the Baha campsite in the middle of the climb to the mountain peaks are one of the greatest waterfall ever. So, once confirmation was done, he extended the email circulation on the plan to Stong. Anyway, the mountain peak that we want to conquer is not Stong, but another one called Ayam. I don't really mind cause i have gone up to 3 peaks already over there; those are Stong, Ayam & Baha peaks. I consider this trip as one of my exercises before the most challenging one, which Tahan expedition.

The program from what i see, is a light and easy type. it'll be 2 days and 2 nites, so i guess it won't be that rushing; we should be able to get enough rests and fun time at the campsite & during the climb.

1st workout after a week returning from outing

Just came back from my usual workout at FF. As usual by the time when arrived back to the office, it was almost office timeout, well who bloody gives a shit. I ran over 4km for my cardio and did my routine muscle exercise, this time i never skip out the workout on my thigh. Building up muscle on my thigh was something important especially when i plan to get myself involved in mountain climbing and as a fitness preparation. Anyway, for the fun of exercise, i still do not know when will i join in any expedition of mountain climbing. It looks like it is close to mid year already, and i have yet to see any invitation from my fellow Facebook friends. I want to be more careful this time when accepting invitation for mountain climbing expedition as i don't want to get involve in circle of people whom i consider strangers. the last expedition i join was sucks! Those mother-fucker UIA students along with their senior x-students were not be someones that i want to be with in any next expedition arranged by them. Although we did manage to reach the mountain peak, but the experience working together with them as a team was something i considered as unpleasant.

1:40pm - i left the office heading to FF
2:00pm - arrived at FF and changed attire, started off my cardio
2:40pm - complete my run and cool down, start off with weight lifting.
3:00pm - Did some crunchings
3:10pm - finished off my workout & return to the changing room for shower
3:20pm - Packed up my stuffs and left FF
3:30pm - stopped by at surau for zohor prayer
3:45pm - Rushed off to office
4:00pm - arrived at the office.

So, in total it took me 2 and half hours for my travelling time, workout, shower, solat and return back to office.
