i'm not sure that the current payment rate imposed on the loaners is at 1%. I thought from last story i recently read is at 3% & 1% is just a proposal. Dunno which is right?

Another story about PTPTN
some newspaper cutting from Siew Jit Poh. I never read them, but just cut & paste from Utusan. this is just for my mental consumption; not really sure whether this is actual fact or mere assuption by goverment supporters to condemn opposition.
