2 dead tetra because of excessive CO2

2 tetra died because i have forgotten to slow down the CO2 supply to the tank. One is cardinal and another one is rummy nose; i think this is one of those fish that i bought last week. Looks like more and more tetra died because of my own silly error. Well, this is the risk when you using CO2; you'll be good at growing your plants but if precautions are not taken carefully, you'll be sucks in looking after your fish. The worst fish that cannot tolerate to any surplus C02 is yellow algae eater; and that is why i have no more algae eater; except those new ones that i bought last week.
