Evaluation of performance for year 2011

Everybody was slightly anxious and sort of wondering what would be their results based on the rating given by respective bosses and superiors. Well, this is the time when performance of each individual is rated and determined for the purpose of knowing how much effort that particular staff contributed to the company after which a sum of rewards in the form of money will be given to that individual based of their last year work performance. A fact here is, based on my experience of working for such company shit like this, performance as defined here is rather ambiguous and solely dependent on bosses or management interpretations. For lower level of employees, it could mean as their success level of delivering what has assigned to them in the entire yesteryear, but for management, i suspect it could be a mixed of definition; well it could be either performed according to their personal thinking or perfectly following what the actual guideline says. Bu mostly i very believe that anybody who fulfill bosses' criteria will end up either out performed, above average or worst safe enough. Then for those who are not in the wished criteria of the bosses, they may fall into just average despite how much effort they have benefitted to the company or worst become the kambing hitam.

Anyway, for my case, i seriously believe that my result rating would just be average as usual results like before. I'm just nobody in the shit cooperate hierachy!
