Yesterday i bought few puzzles having different level of difficulties for my kids and a RM10 football for Hafiz and Hakim. In addition to that, i also bought colour papers for them to do paper-stuff at home. When i came back home bringing back the games to kids, all of them were pretty excited wanting to play it, especially the board game puzzle. There are 3 levels of puzzles; the most difficult with 1000 pieces of puzzle to be put together to make a complete sceneric picture, a cartoon figure with 104 pieces of puzzle and the easiest level for Madiha which i found it rather unique and cool cause it has a 3D picture. When i gave the 2nd puzzle to the girls, they couldn't wait to do it together; i believe it was quite easy for them. However, the 1000 puzzle pieces was extremely difficult; the pieces are so tiny and one could hardly find its position on the complete picture; Hafiz and Hakim easily got bored of trying to join them together. In fact when i tried on my own thinking i should help them, even i admitted that this was not for kids. Despite of my encouragement to the boys that i will reward them RM20 each if they are able to complete the puzzle before going off, it looks like it was almost impossible. The pieces were scattered everywhere on the bed next door to my room; theere were only few small pieces that were successfully joined together.
The ball that i bought for the boys was suck; i guess they are not the outdoor type so they only played few minutes and hardly touched it anymore.
Anyway, it looks like most of the time, they spent more time on paper cutting, drawings and making hand made paper toys including the boys. Dania said that all of them are art makers, and claimed that Hafiz liked to make robot-related or airplane-related papers, learnt from youtube.
