3 nights in a row at Bukit Jalil
Last night completed my 3-night-swimming-practice. Honestly i rarely make this kind of commitment especially when it comes to swimming, however because of me realising that i have progressed remarkably within the last few weeks, i consider this as a breakthrough.
Last night, i did the same thing of paddling with my hands and constantly kicking my legs. Although my face was still under the water surface while padding and making me not able to breathe, i noticed that my entire body afloat was reasonably moving stably, as oppose to the last practice where it was wobbly. Another thing which i think it was an improvement was, when i paddled using my left hand, i felt that i was more confident. I always make the bars at the bottom of the swimming pool as my mark to make note on my progress. So until now, i was able to reach 2 bars by paddling my hands and obviously holding my breath underwater. Well, i could not wait to learn on how to surface my face out of water and catch the air. Until now, just keep on practicing.
I got to stop, cause i have a meeting to chair.
